Labor and Birth Support
$1,500
Consultation is free. This is to get to know each other before any contracts are signed.
Prenatal visits (2) We will go over full health history, build your birth plan, go over any and all prefered comfort measures. Any questions you or your partner may have. We will discuss your feeding preferences and goals. Practice movements and other techniques like breathing.
Labor Support will begin from the moment you call me until after birth. Hands on comfort measures throughout the whole birth experience. Setting up a calming environment that allows your body and mind to focus and relax fully. I am your advocate throughout the whole transition. Along with supporting the partner and keeping them informed so they understand what is happening to Mom.
Postpartum I will stay with you for 1-2 hours after birth to establish the first latch and answer any questions before you are moved into recovery.
Postpartum Doula Support
$30-$35 per hour
Consultation is free. This is to get to know each other before any contracts are signed.
Postpartum support is the most important part of being a doula in my opinion. I will help you with meal prep not limited to just cooking but planning and grocery shopping. I prepare all the food at my home and bring it to you in meal prep containers. Three weeks of a pressed juice to promote healing and recovery in a nutritional way. Light cleaning and laundry at every visit along with cleaning any bottle or pump parts. Watching newborn and other children while mom showers, NAPS, takes a walk whatever you need in those moments. I am there for you and the whole family physically, mentally and spiritually. Assistance with breastfeeding. Being an extra set of professional eyes on mom to watch out for any postpartum needs. I have personally walked through this and know how hard it can be but also how rewarding it is. We all deserve educated professional assistance during this stage of life.
